25 Years of Catholic Stewardship: A Symposium on Stewardship: A Disciple's Response

Thank you for joining us on April 21st, 2017, for a Stewardship Symposium presented by Region IX of the International Catholic Stewardship Council (ICSC). Archbishop Emeritus James Patrick Keleher, who assisted in the authoring of the Pastoral Letter on Stewardship, Stewardship: A Disciple's Responsefirst published by the USCCB in 1992, delivered the keynote address in which he reflected on his experiences during the years surrounding the early stages of the Letter. The Symposium took place at Savior Pastoral Center beginning with the celebration of Holy Mass celebrated by Archbishop Joseph F. Naumann, with Archbishop Emeritus Keleher concelebrating. More than 120 people attended from the various dioceses of the four states that make up Region IX: Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, and Iowa. Below are several pictures from the event, as well as a link to the presentation given by Fr. Jarrod Lies from the Diocese of Wichita.
